How We Collect Information

You may make personal data available to RushProduction when you use our video-games or visiting our websites, accessing to technical support using a third party ID, such as social networking sites or gaming services, subscribing to newsletters, purchasing a product (or "in-app purchase) or services within the video-game; using "email this page" or other similar features, otherwise through use of RushProduction video-games where personal data is required for use and/or participation.

Account and Profile Data

While using our Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. For example,

  • your username, password, and email address when you register for our Apps

  • information, such as full name, that you provide for your profile

  • information we receive from third parties, such as if you use a third party app to log into our Apps

  • communication between you and our Apps. Note that you may not opt out of Service-related es-mails, such as those for resetting a lost password

You may use our Apps to post or share content or other materials (“User Content”). Other users may search for, see, use, or share your content. We may require access to your photos, contacts, camera, sensors, location, and other features as required to use our Apps.

We may collect data on your usage of our Apps. This data may include information such as your IP address, mobile device type, mobile operating system version, time of your usage, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We use third-party analytics tools to help us determine usage patterns and trends for our Apps. These tools collect data sent by your device. This data is aggregated, and cannot reasonably be used to identify or track any particular user.

Crash Data

In order to give you a bug-free experience, we may collect data on issues you encounter while using our Apps. This may include data such as device identifiers, operating system version, device type, and the state of your device during the issue.

We use third party tools to detect, store, and analyze data related to crashes. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify or track any particular user.

Log Files

When you use our Apps, our servers may record certain data into our log files, including your request, IP address, browser type, the URLs accessed, and other such information. This information allows us to find and fix issues, should they occur.

Device Identifiers

When you use our Apps, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, or remotely store one or more device identifiers. Device identifiers allow us to uniquely identify mobile devices.

We use these device identifiers to help us improve our Apps, determine unique user counts, make sure our Apps are properly functioning, and other such tasks. We do not use these identifiers to track individuals or their devices.

Metadata

Metadata is technical data associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how a certain piece of User Content was created. When you upload your User Content to our Apps, we may collect, store, and use this Metadata in conjunction with the functionality offered by our Apps.

Cookies

We may use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Apps and retain certain information over multiple sessions.

How we process the information

Methods of processing

RushProduction processes the information of users in a proper manner and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.

The processing of data is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to RushProduction, in some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of people in charge, involved with the operation of the videogames (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the data controller at any time.

Retention time

The data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document. The user can always request RushProduction to suspend or remove the data.

The data concerning the user is collected to allow RushProduction to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: analytics, managing contacts and sending messages, remarketing and behavioral targeting and user database management.

Amplitude, Inc.

We use your information to learn about how our products and services are or may be used. We may also create reports and analyses for the purposes of research or business intelligence, for example to track potential problems or trends with our applications and services, or to test our new game features and content.

Personal Data collected: Game progress events, game access status, parent Account's Information (created, last seen and first seen dates), child Account's Information (created, last seen and first seen dates), platform.

Firebase is a mobile and web application development platform service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of our videogames, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Remarketing and behavioral targeting
This type of service allows us and its partners to inform, optimize and serve advertising based on past use of our videogames by the user.

This activity is performed by tracking usage data and by using cookies, information that is transferred to the partners that manage the remarketing and behavioral targeting activity.

In addition to any opt out offered by any of the services below, the User may opt out of a third-party service's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Facebook Custom Audience (Facebook, Inc.)
Facebook Custom Audience is a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Facebook, Inc. that connects the activity of this Application with the Facebook advertising network.

Managing contacts and sending messages
This type of services makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, or any other contact information to communicate with the User.

Cookies, beacons and tracking

Our websites may use "cookies" and other technologies such as pixel tags, local shared objects, hardware-based device identifiers and operating system-based identifiers. RushProduction treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.

Cookies: A "cookie" is a small file stored by your browser when told to do so by a website. Typically websites place a number of different cookies on an end-user’s machine. Some of the cookies are "1st Party," from the website itself, and others are "3rd party," belonging to advertising and analytics entities or social networks. RushProduction’s cookies do not include personal data and are typically used to quickly identify your device and to "remember" your browser during subsequent visits for purposes of functionality, preferences, and website performance. You can disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your device; however, disabling cookies may affect your ability to use our services.

Web Beacons and pixel tags: A "web beacon" or a "pixel tag" is an electronic image (often not visible to the end-user) that allows RushProduction to count users who have visited certain pages or viewed certain advertisements. Additionally, e-mails and other electronic communications RushProduction sends to you may contain pixel tags that enable RushProduction to track your usage of the communication, including whether the communication was opened and/or what links were followed, if any.

Links to other websites

Our website and video-games may contain links to other websites run by other organizations. This privacy policy applies only to our website and video-games‚ so we encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our website.

In addition, if you linked to our website or video-games from a third party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and operators of that third party site and recommend that you check the policy of that third party site.

Children’s information

RushProduction adheres to the strict information collection, use and disclosure requirements. Zebrainy has established COPPA compliant privacy practices. If you have questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us at chickenroyalegame@gmail.com.

We consider ourselves to be family oriented, however we have decided to voluntarily implement higher child protection standards even though our products and services are not directed toward, and we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of digital consent according to EEA data protection legislation without their parent’s/legal guardian’s permission, with the exception of persistent identifiers and age category as described below. If we learn that we have collected personal information other than persistent identifier or age category of a child under the age of digital consent according to EEA data protection legislation, we will take all reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at chickenroyalegame@gmail.com.

The only personal information we collect from users who have identified themselves as below the age of digital consent according to EEA data protection legislation for the purposes of offering our services are persistent identifiers (such as User UDs, Device ID or IP address) and Child’s age category.

We do not share such persistent identifiers with third parties. They are used only to authenticate users of applications, to maintain or analyze the functioning of the application, to personalize the content of the application (or send push notifications), to perform network communications to protect the security or integrity of the user or the application, or to ensure legal or regulatory compliance. Child’s age category used to build a correct education plan (as we are required to do so by Contractual Necessity), its processed as a pseudonymized information (for example, ‘category A’ or ‘B’), so the date of birth could not be identified from it.

When using the persistent identifiers we will not contact users under the age of digital consent according to EEA data protection legislation, nor do any user tracking or profiling. Transferring your information outside of Europe

As part of the services offered to you through our website and video-games, the information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union ("EU"). To exemplify: this may happen if any of our servers are, from time to time, located in a country outside the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws as the EU. By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. If we transfer your information outside the EU in this way, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Policy.

If you use our video-games or websites while you are outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the EU in order to provide you with those services.

Information Collected By One Signal

When permitted by the operating system, OneSignal may check to see if the device has specific applications installed, based on a limited list, for purposes that include attribution, relevancy of ads, and relevancy of notifications related to those applications.

Mobile advertising identifiers, such as iOS IDFAs and Android Advertising IDs (“Mobile IDs”). These Mobile IDs may be associated with other Information, including with Data Segments.

Precise Location information, generally an End User’s lat/long data (i.e., GPS-level data) or WiFi information, which we may associate with Mobile IDs, and which may be collected whether or not an app is in use.

Email address, which we may (in our discretion) hash or otherwise identify.

IP address as well as system configuration information

Information associated with or related to devices, such as device type (e.g., mobile, tablet); type and version of operating system (e.g., Android, iOS); network provider; mobile browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, etc.); language setting; time zone; and network status type (such as WiFi).
